Happy Nest is an apartment which is half of the main house at NutGarden. The house has been partitioned to make two residences. Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property with his partner Chintana. The spectacular location is in the rainforest of the World Heritage Region of the Great Western Tiers The unusual ‘quirky’ architecture is the work of owner/ host Kim Clark who has lived on the property for 45 years. Rainforest and mountains provide wonderful views and places to wander. Native wildlife such as wallabies, possums, wombats, quolls and Tasmanian Devils frequent the area surrounding the house.
